What Luxury Car Deals is

We collect listings of cars for sale from dealers and other sources, estimate a fair asking price for each one from comparable listings, and rate how its asking price compares. We don't sell cars, act as a dealer or broker, or take part in any sale. Every purchase is between you and the seller.

Listings, prices and ratings are estimates

Listings come from third parties and can be wrong, out of date, or already sold. Fair values, deal ratings, price histories, market trends and anything an AI assistant says using our data are estimates based on asking prices, not appraisals, sale prices or advice. Check the car, its history and its price with the seller and an independent inspection before you buy. We aren't responsible for decisions you make based on them.

Accounts

Keep your email account and the sign-in codes we send you to yourself, and tell us if your account is used without your permission. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Premium

Premium is a subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe. It renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable except under the savings guarantee shown on our pricing page, or where the law requires. If prices change, we'll tell you before your next renewal.

Car pages and what you post

You own what you post on a car page, and you give us permission to host, show and share it to promote the car, including on our site, in search engines and in feeds. Only post a car you have the right to sell, with honest details and photos you may use. Don't post anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove pages or messages that break these rules.

Fair use

• Don't scrape, copy or resell our listings, ratings or market data, or access the site with bots, except search engines and the AI assistant connections we publish.
• Don't try to get around Premium, rate limits or security, or disrupt the service.
• Don't use the service to send spam or to harass sellers or other people.

The ChatGPT app and other AI assistants

Our app gives AI assistants read-only access to our public listings and market data, with the same information a visitor sees on the site without signing in. The assistant decides when to use it and writes its own answers, which can contain mistakes. OpenAI's or the assistant provider's own terms also apply to your use of their product.

Our content and others' brands

The site, its design, ratings, analyses and text are ours, and you may use them only for your own car shopping. Car brands, model names and logos belong to their owners; we aren't affiliated with any manufacturer. Links to other sites are for convenience; we don't control them.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Luxury Car Deals isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses from a purchase or sale, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. You agree to cover claims against us that arise from content you post or from your breaking these terms.

Changes and ending

We may change the service or these terms; when the terms change we update the date at the top, and continuing to use the service means you accept them. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Luxury Car Deals is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
