Do I need an account?

Not to start. When you publish, you sign in with your email (free), so you can edit the page from any device.

Who sees my documents and phone number?

You choose. Each document is public, dealers only or private, and titles, registrations and payoff letters are never public. Your number stays off the page unless you switch it on.

Can I use the page for a trade-in?

Yes. Make a private dealer link from the builder. It gives the dealer the VIN, condition and history, the market check and the paperwork you marked for dealers, ready to print or save as a PDF.
