A cool market gives buyers room

There are 214 X6 Ms for sale, and we rate the market cool. A typical car takes 51 days to leave the market, and the cars listed would last about three months at the recent pace.

Sellers are already bending. 39% of cars had a price cut in the last 90 days, and the median cut was 2.8%. Still, 67 of the 214 are priced over fair value, so the cuts have not reached everyone.

Trim drives the spread. The 153 base cars have a median ask of $38,400, while the 61 Competition cars have a median ask of $100,000. Asking prices step down with age too: a 2023 is typically listed at about 82% of a 2025's price.
