Supply is balanced, not tight
The typical car takes 110 days to leave the market. 34 SF90 Stradales are for sale at a median asking price of $480,000, and at the recent pace those listings would last 3.7 months. We rate the market balanced.
Price cuts are modest. Some 27% of cars took one in the last 90 days, by a median 1.6%. Eleven new listings arrived in the last 30 days, and 15 of the 34 are priced over fair value.
Older years list for less
The cars for sale run from the 2021 to the 2024 model year. Seventeen of the 34 are 2022 SF90 Stradales, the largest group, and nine are 2021 SF90 Stradales.
A 2021 is typically listed at about 90% of a 2023's price, same trim and miles.
Three cars rate as great deals
The deepest discount is a Bianco Cervino 2022 with 9,837 miles in Charlotte, North Carolina, listed at $393,076, about $60,000 under its fair value. It was cut 4.1% most recently on Oct. 1, and it carries the lowest asking price of the 34 cars, topping the cheapest SF90 Stradales. Its mileage is the highest of the three cars here, and each extra 1,000 miles is worth about $4,400 less.
In Portland, Oregon, a Rosso Corsa 2022 with 1,172 miles asks $448,240, about $37,000 under fair value, and has been listed 150 days. In Rancho Mirage, California, a Rosso 2021 with 701 miles is about $27,000 under, at 71 days listed.
At 135 and 150 days listed, the Charlotte and Portland cars are worth a lower offer. Of the 34 cars, nine are rated good or great deals, so the full list by best deal has six more to check.
