Used Porsche asking prices are mostly standing still, and the one model moving is the one that leaves the market fastest. In listings we tracked through Oct. 1, asking prices for comparable used 718 Caymans for sale are up 2.7% from July to October, while the 911, Taycan and Cayenne held steady over the same three months.

The Cayman is the only one of the four models in our table rated hot. Its asking prices are up 7.2% from November 2025 to October 2026, and just 18% of its listings took a price cut in the last 90 days, the lowest share of the four.

Across the 3,407 Porsches listed, the median asking price is $136,000. What a used Porsche costs varies by model: the cheapest Cayenne asks $8,000, while the median 911 asks $158,000.

The 911 is most of the market

The used Porsche 911s for sale number 2,617, by far the biggest group of the four models, and they move the slowest. A typical 911 leaves the market in 63 days, with 3.3 months of supply, and the market rates as balanced.

Over three months, from July to October, comparable 911 asking prices are flat. Over twelve, from November 2025 to October 2026, they are up 4%.

Older cars come at a clear discount to the newest year. A 2023 911 is typically listed at about 84% of a 2026's price, and a 2020 at about 74%. About a third of 911 listings (34%) took a price cut in the last 90 days.

Older Taycans carry the steepest discounts

Used Taycans for sale typically leave the market in 54 days, and the market is warm, with 2.4 months of supply. Among Taycan listings, 24% took a price cut in the last 90 days. The Cayenne is slower at 58 days and rates as balanced.

Age hits the Taycan hardest. A 2022 Taycan is typically listed at about 56% of a 2026's price, the lowest share of the four models for a 2022. A 2022 Cayman, by comparison, is listed at about 88% of a 2025's price, which fits a market running hot.

Three 911s and a Cayenne under fair value

Buyers have 912 great or good deals to choose from among Porsches priced under fair value. Four great deals stand out.

A yellow 2020 911 Carrera 4S with 2,043 miles in Mundelein, Illinois, asks $119,995, about $30,000 under its fair value. A Night Blue 2019 Carrera GTS with 19,300 miles in Charlotte, North Carolina, asks $113,694, about $31,000 under, after four cuts, the latest on Oct. 1.

A white 2012 911 Carrera GTS with 37,383 miles in Scottsdale, Arizona, asks $88,886, about $25,000 under fair value, after five cuts. The one non-911 is a Chalk 2024 Cayenne Turbo GT with 9,698 miles in Glen Cove, New York, listed at $153,004, also about $25,000 under.

The two long-listed 911s, at 310 and 295 days, are the ones where asking for a lower price makes the most sense.
